  • Certain items (personal-use products, worn apparel, or perishable materials) are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return
To begin the process, email support@strongsale.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
A support agent will provide instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error or damage occurred on our side.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing.
